Question:Thank you so much! My big hesitation about getting a worm kit is the heat in LA. I've read that they do best in temperatures of 40-90° F, but we just had a steady heatwave of at least 100° each day! How have your worms been doing in such hot weather? - mintcakes

I keep them in the shade, they seem to be doing fine. I just added a second tray a couple weeks ago, they just burrow. I make sure to keep it moist enough, have had to spritz it more than usual this past week :)
