Few Bits

I’ve seen wood veneer strips used to make light pendants,  but I haven’t seen them used to make a birdhouse.  Lowe’s Creative Ideas has this and other birdhouse tutorials.

There is also a video to this, and I think the birdhouse that the woman makes in this video looks way better than the ones pictured.  The knot is hidden away, for one thing, and the colors she uses are better.
